Open the Plans tab, choose a challenge and tap Start workout. Your journey then shows each day’s workout or rest day.
Head KickHow do I play with a friend online?
Tap Play Online, then Create to get a room code. Copy or share it — your friend opens the Join tab, enters the code and the match begins.
